Take a bowl and add ‘Cookme Alurdom Mix’ with water to make thick paste and keep aside. Boil 250 g potato and keep aside. Fry the boiled potatoes in a pan till golden brown. Add the paste made with ‘Cookme Alurdom Mix’ and stir for a while. Add sugar and salt to taste and water as per requirement and cook on a low flame till the gravy thickens. Serve hot.
