Polao Masala 10 gm. Pouch
Cardamom (Small), Cinnamon, White Pepper, Mace, Nutmeg, Sugar, Turmeric, Cumin, Bay Leaf, Clove, Common Salt
Boil 100g of Basmati rice and keep aside. Take a pan and fry the cashew nuts in 2 tsp ghee/oil. To the half amount of boiled rice add 1 tsp ‘Cookme Pulao Mix’ and stir for 30 seconds. Pour the rest amount of rice in it. Add 2 tsp of salt and sugar to taste. Sprinkle some raisins and water in it and stir for another 30 seconds. Add 2 tsp of ghee in it and mix well. Cover the pan for 1 minute and serve hot.
