Cookme Posto Bata Paste minimizes the cooking efforts and brings the authentic Bengali taste when cooked with potatoes or other vegetables.
Ingredients:
Poppy Seeds, Sunflower Oil, Milk Solids, Common Salt, Green Chilli
Requirements:
250 g Vegetable items of your choice (e.g. Potato, Jhinga, Ladies Finger, Parwal (Potol), Onion), 50 g Cookme Posto Bata, Salt to taste.
Receipe:
Take water in a bowl and mix 50 g ‘Cookme Posto Bata’ and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan and fry the vegetable items lightly. Add the mixture of ‘Cookme Posto Bata’ and cook for a while. Now add water and boil. Add salt to taste. Cook on low flame till gravy thickens. Serve hot.
