Masala Dhoka-Mix 200g (4 packs)

Ingredients: Chana Dal, Motor Dal, Sugar, Common Salt, Red Chilli, Cumin (Whole), Ginger, Asafoetida, Cumin Powder, Cardamom (Small), Clove, Cinnamon

Requirements: Cookme Masala Dhoka Mix (Content of the pack).

Receipe: Make a thick paste by adding required amount of water to the entire content of the pack of ‘Cookme Masala Dhoka Mix’ and keep it aside for 20 minutes. Heat 2 tsp oil in pan and sauté the paste made with ‘Cookme Masala Dhoka Mix’ in low flame to make the dough. Spread the dough in a flat plate and cut into several pieces as per your choice. Now fry these pieces in oil till golden brown. Delicious ‘Masala Dhoka’ is ready to serve.
