Ingredients: Refined Wheat Flour (Maida), Sugar, Semolina, Mixed Spices (4%) [Aniseed (Small), Cardamom (Big)], Raising Agent E500(ii)

Requirements: Cookme Malpua Mix (Content of the pack), Sugar 200 g, Oil or Clarified Butter (Ghee) as per requirement.

Receipe: Mix 200 g of sugar with 200 ml of water and boil until you get a thick syrup. In a bowl, combine the entire 'Cookme Malpua Mix' with enough water to make a smooth, thick batter; for better taste, add a little milk. Heat oil or ghee in a pan, then spoon the batter into the center of the pan in a circular motion to make 5-7 malpuas. Fry until the edges turn red, then dip the malpuas in the sugar syrup and let them soak for 10-15 minutes. Your delicious malpuas are now ready to serve. Enjoy! *Garnish with almonds and pistachio
