Ingredients: Red Chilli, Coriander, Aniseed (Small), Cumin, Black Pepper, Ginger Powder, Kasuri Methi, Cinnamon, Turmeric, Sugar, Caraway, Clove, Cardamom (Small), Star Anise, Nutmeg, Mace, Flavouring Agent

Requirements: Chicken 500 g, Onion Paste 6 tsp, Ginger Paste 2 tsp, Garlic Paste 2 tsp, Tomato Paste 4 tsp, Cookme Chicken Curry Mix 2 tsp, Salt and Sugar to taste.

Receipe: Take a bowl, mix ‘Cookme Chicken Curry Mix’ with water to make a thick paste and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan and fry onion paste till golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste in it and stir for few minutes. Add the tomato paste in it and stir for a while. Now add the paste made with ‘Cookme Chicken Curry Mix’, and stir well. Add the chicken pieces in it and cook for sometime till the oil gets separated from the gravy. Add required amount of water, salt and sugar to taste. Cover the pan with lid and cook till the chicken is done. Serve hot with rice or roti.
