Tarka Masala 50g
Cookme Tarka Masala is a perfect blend of superb spices which gives your tarka dal dish, the dhabawala punch.
Onion, Garlic, Coriander, Red Chilli, Cumin, Ginger, Kasuri Methi, Black Pepper, Bay Leaf, Green Chilli, Turmeric
Take a bowl and add ‘Cookme Tarka Mix’ with water to make a thick paste and keep aside. Boil the tarka dal and keep aside. Fry onion and tomato pieces till golden brown in a pan. Pour the paste made with ‘Cookme Tarka Mix’ in it and add salt and sugar to taste. Pour the boiled tarka dal in the pan and cook for sometime. Add adequate amount of water and cook till the gravy thickens. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
