Ingredients:
Onion, Sugar , Black Salt, Ginger, Tomato, Red Chilli, Garlic, Black Pepper, Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat, Mango, Cumin, Cardamom (Big), Acidity Regulator (E330), Flavour Enhancer (E621)
Requirements:
Noodles 200 g, Vegetables 30 g, Sliced Onion 1 piece (optional), Cookme Chowmein Mix 2 tsp, Salt to taste.
Receipe:
Boil noodles in water containing pinch of salt. Drain out the excess water and wash the noodles with cold water. Add 1 tbsp oil to the boiled noodles and toss well and keep aside. Take a pan and fry the chopped onion and vegetables with a little salt till golden brown. Add boiled noodles and stir well. Sprinkle ‘Cookme Chowmein Mix’ and stir properly for 2 minutes. Garnish with green chilli slits.
