Step I: Mix 5 tsp cornflour, pinch of salt, ½ tsp ginger-garlic paste, egg/required amount of water in a bowl to prepare a batter. Now mix the chicken with the batter and fry till golden brown in colour. Step II: Take a bowl; mix 25 g (5 tsp) ‘Cookme Chilli Chicken Mix’ with adequate water to make a paste and keep aside. Step III: Heat required amount of oil in a pan and fry the chopped vegetables (onion, capsicum and green chilli slits) lightly. Add fried chicken (prepared in step I) in it and stir for a while. Add 2 cups water and boil for 2 minutes. Then add the paste made with ‘Cookme Chilli Chicken Mix’ (prepared in step II) and stir for a while. Add salt and sugar to taste and stir continuously till gravy thickens. Garnish with green chilli slits and serve hot.
